Anyone have any good/bad experiences with ReadyBoost on Vista?

I currently have a laptop with 4G of memory.
But I do see a 'paging' file of about 1G.

I was pondering using a 'ReadyBoost' device so that, as I understand it, the
'paging file' would now by out on the 'flash drive'.

Paging would be slower than memory, but faster than hard-drive access?

Any real-life experiences?

Paging IS disk access. And it's usually slower because if it lives in
the page file, it's something that should have been in memory.
